Frequently Asked Questions

How Many Controllers Do I Need?

Controllers have 1-4 relay outputs, and can manage 1-8 assets, if some assets are doubled per relay.  Contact us to talk about your application and we'll confirm the model that provides the most value (256) 885-9768 ext. 3.

Can I Add More Assets Later to the Same Controller?

Yes. A second, third or fourth asset can be managed from one controller depending on the model selected.

How Do The Controllers Work?

The controller is hardwired to devices, such as lighting and digital signage, and accessible through a SIM card inside each unit.  This enables two-way communication to and from the controller and the devices it is wired to.

Is the SMS software included with the Hardware?

No, the costs for controller is separate from the SMS software.  Hardware costs are a one-time fee while SMS fees are renewed annually or prepaid for multiple years.

Still have questions?

“The SMS has worked very well for us and allows us to save time, money, and unnecessary man power.”
